Board member
Driven by a deep commitment to social change, Cristina invests her energy in the field of education through research, writing, program design and development and facilitation of various mobilities through EU funds and beyond. With a background in psychology, she is analytical, whizzy, organized, intuitive, and playful. Young at heart and straightforward, she combines vulnerability with confidence to lead movements, projects, and teams.Â

Through Synchro, she desires to build an educational and innovative space for people to learn and grow and ultimately contribute to an inclusive world.
Jolien Bouwman
Board member
Jolien has a background in Human Geography, International Development, and Theater. Her experience working in the production of theater and events and nowadays working as an activity counselor in a psychiatric ward, helps her create meaningful moments for individuals and groups. Also living in a group home with emerging youth and elderly gives space for local incentives, making quality events and connections in the community.
Raluca Birle
Board member
Raluca’s journey took a turn when she relocated to the Netherlands four years ago. when she decided to embark on a transformative journey through the ESC program abroad her home country. Along the way, she experienced many opportunities and adventures, shaping her courage and determination to adopt the Netherlands as her second home.Â
Raluca’s passion lies in capturing the essence of the human spirit through the lenses of photography, movies, and stories. She is following her intuition toward freedom and inner tranquillity. We love her sense of humor, spiciness, and warmness, and we are grateful for having her next to us on Synchro’s journey.Â
