JOIN Guideline | Tools & Exercises

This Guideline presents methods of work from different NGO’s around Europe and a series of workshops and exercises aimed at promoting inclusion, equality, and well-being among participants. The workshops are described and aligned with EU Youth goals and are constructed for young people and young professionals.

Next Stop: Coaching Coaching Tools

During our project, Next Stop Coaching, the professionals from 10 diverse countries met and shared knowledge while developing new tools and methods in coaching and mentoring. Their efforts resulted in a Video Guideline that contains a range of tools applicable not only to young individuals but also to other target groups, encouraging support on both individual and community levels.
