Transforming Conflict: Playfight & NVC is a training course designed for youth workers, mentors, facilitators, and NGO leaders seeking to enhance their skills in navigating and resolving conflicts within their communities. Through Playfight and Nonviolent Communication (NVC) methods, participants will acquire practical skills to mediate conflicts effectively.
Our goal is to empower youth workers with innovative conflict resolution techniques by integrating embodied practices, roleplays, reflective sessions, and hands-on activities.
We aim on bringing together participants who are coming from:
Netherlands, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Latvia, Italy, Greece, Romania and Czech Republic.
Accomodation
The training course will take place in Ommen, the Netherlands, at Olde Vechte Foundation – group accommodation.
