This project empowers youth workers with Applied Theatre facilitation skills. The goal is to equip them to lead inclusive and impactful educational gatherings in their communities. Participants will gain new tools and refine their attitude, empathy, and adaptability as facilitators.

The exchange will take place in Ommen, the Netherlands, at Olde Vechte Foundation – group accommodation.

The coordinators are represented by a team of international people who will support throughout the project with practical arrangements, guidance in different sessions and be available from the start of the implementation of the program until the end.
