It’s strange how talent works.

Often, you just know you’re good at something – maybe you write beautifully, come up with creative solutions on the spot, have a practical mindset that gets things done, love cooking amazing food, or tell stories that truly move people. But still, you keep wondering how to grow into this – how to actually put your talent into practice.

👉 Here’s the tricky part: most of us get stuck asking, “I want to create real impact with my talent. I want to use it for my own growth and for the benefit of others – but how do I start?”

So, we decided to try something simple.

As youth organizations, we’re always looking for ways to help young people take action. The spark we see in someone’s eyes when they realize how they can use their talents to shape their reality – and the world around them – is our biggest reward.

That’s why we’ve decided to launch together a series of events across the Netherlands for people who are ambitious enough to admit they don’t have the whole map yet.

🗺️ For those who want to turn their talents into something tangible – a project, an initiative, a side hobby, or a job – something that not only benefits them but also creates positive change in their surroundings.

What we’ll actually do:

🚀 professional talk: we’ll share real-life work advice and experiences without the boring spreadsheets;

🍃 swap cool tips: what amazing initiatives, communities, and passion projects excite you; we’ll exchange the good stuff that makes life interesting;

💡idea generation: bring your half-finished idea; by just talking it through with others, that mess can finally turn into a real plan.
