🧩 The project supports youth workers in developing professional competencies that can be immediately applied in daily practice with young people, especially those from marginalized backgrounds.

🕊️ Nonviolent Communication (NVC)
🎭 Forum Theatre as part of the Theatre of the Oppressed branch
NVC offers a language of compassion and represents a communication style, while Forum Theatre creates a practical stage for experimenting with social change. The communication models of NVC will be put into practice during Forum Theatre sessions.
Accomodation
The training course will take place in Ommen, the Netherlands, at Olde Vechte Foundation – group accommodation.
Coordinators of the mobility
The coordinators are represented by a team of international people who will support throughout the project with practical arrangements, guidance in different sessions and be available from the start of the implementation of the program until the end.
