Arts - Video Tools

Arts: Language of Resilience was a project we developed through Synchro Foundation that aimed to equip youth workers and youth organizations with knowledge, skills, and competencies based on trauma-informed practice to better support youngsters’ mental health and social inclusion.

The project’s main objective was to increase the quality of youth work and youth organizations by gaining knowledge, tools, and competencies based on trauma-informed practice and expressive arts method, to support the inclusion of vulnerable youngsters in society.

One of the outputs of the project is represented by a series of tools explored under the umbrella of expressive arts. These tools are relevant if you work with young people in ESC programs, or volunteering initiatives in general; as well in your community by organizing gatherings.
