Are you a facilitator working with people aged 18-30? If so, this online meet-up is designed just for you! Join us for a dynamic event where facilitators from across the EU come together to support one another, share experiences, exchange information and tools, and learn from each other’s practices. This month’s session will examine difficult situations that facilitators may find themselves in, and together we will explore different approaches to deal with them. We will look at those difficult situations through the lenses of nonviolent communication, transactional analysis, systemic thinking, and storytelling. This meet-up is not just an event; it’s a chance to build a supportive community of facilitators, exchange ideas, and enhance our practice collectively. Join us in creating a network where we can grow together and empower our work with young people.

What we'll focus on

During this meet-up, we will focus on:

  • Facilitator Challenges: Identifying and addressing difficult situations in facilitation.

  • Nonviolent Communication: Applying compassionate communication strategies.

  • Transactional Analysis: Understanding social interactions and dynamics.

  • Systemic Thinking: Viewing challenges within broader systemic contexts.

  • Storytelling: Utilizing narrative techniques to enhance facilitation.
