We focus on holistic development across local, national, and international levels. We design all our projects to meet the needs of individuals and communities by combining non-formal learning with hands-on, experiential education.

Types of projects

Local activities: In the Netherlands, we run workshops and gatherings (both online and in-person) to build inclusive communities for newcomers and young people. These activities focus on improving well-being, creativity, and social connection.

Projects with youth: we create opportunities for young people worldwide to meet, connect, and grow through international programs.

Projects for professionals and NGOs: we offer tools and best practices for personal and professional development, through training and workshops in areas like leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution.

Strategic partnerships: we cooperate with other organizations to support European-level work, focusing on inclusion and diversity, exchanging best practices, and bringing innovation to education.
